I spent my life building things with technology. I learned late, and well, that technology is never what decides.

I started with neural networks in 1994, when they were an academic curiosity and not a conference word. Since then I have founded and led companies across Europe and Asia, lived innovation from the side of those who do it rather than those who narrate it, and taught Innovation Management for ten years.

At some point I understood that the hardest problem was never technical. It was human: how you lead, how you decide, how you build shared meaning inside an organisation while everything around it accelerates. So I became an executive coach — with a method, not as a late vocation.

Today I work in the gap the coaching industry has not yet filled: leadership development in the age of artificial intelligence. The more capable machines become, the more decisive the capacities that remain only human: judgement, purpose, relationship.
